What We Do
Founded by Ken Ferchoff in 1973, he set out to build quality and affordable homes, and since then Carrington Group of Companies has grown to include top, award-winning residential builders and developers in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Expansions into British Columbia have allowed us to take our exceptional design and construction experience to offer homebuyers in Kelowna, B.C. another choice in the housing market. In keeping with Ken’s entrepreneurial spirit, we have diversified over the years to offer recreational real estate properties in British Columbia as well as commercial warehouse and office space in Edmonton and the surrounding area.
Our housing divisions are comprised of Carrington Communities (condominiums and apartments), Bedrock Homes (duplex, townhomes, and single-family homes), Carrington Land Developments (residential land development), Carrington Homes based in Kelowna, B.C.(single and multi-family homes in Interior British Columbia), and Carrington Resorts, (recreational real estate opportunities).
Our commercial arm includes Carrington Builders (light industrial buildings and warehouses), as well we provide asset management services for Carrington Business Campus and Schonsee Square.
Carrington Construction is the leader in multi-family residential construction, building best-in-class four-storey woodframe buildings. They are proud to partner as the preferred builder for Lifestyle Options Retirement Communities, who provides seniors retirement and assisted-living housing in Edmonton and the surrounding area.
